Abohar, April 18
A farmer was killed when a truck allegedly hit a tractor-trailer that he was using to upload wheat from his fields in Kallarkhera village on the Abohar-Sriganganagar road. The victim was identified as Ravinder Kumar (26).
A case under Sections 304-A (causing death by negligence) and 127 (receiveing any property knowing the same to have been taken in the commission of an offence) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered at the Khuyiansarwer police station.
