The police have booked 125 farmers in connection with burning effigies of BJP leaders here town on March 30.
Sources say the accused have been booked under Sections 341, 283, 147 and 149 of the IPC, and the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act. Among them, 14 farmers have been booked by name. — TNS
