A couple on an Activa fell into the Western Jamuna Canal, near Amadalpur village of Yamunanagar, after losing their balance due to potholes on the road. The man was saved, but his wife died in the incident. Nausad of Amadalpur village and his wife Shahnaz had gone to the bank to withdraw money. — TNS
