Faridkot, August 25
In a suspected case of honour killing, the Kotkapura police have booked a man for allegedly murdering his daughter and disposing of her body.
While the family members of the deceased, 25, victim are untraceable, the police are yet to recover the body.
The accused have been identified as Jaswinder Singh, alias Madan, and others of Khara village. A probe into the incident was under way, said Balkar Singh Sandhu, DSP, Kotkapura.
