Dr Amandeep Kaur Kang, Director, Health Services, Chandigarh, said, "We have enhanced our daily testing and RT-PCR capacity by pooling in private laboratories. It is high time people adhered to the Covid norms and wore masks to avoid transmission as many fatalities have taken place recently. The Covid beds in hospitals are again occupied by moderate to severe patients. The load on hospitals has again increased, which is worrisome.
