In a statement issued from the party headquarters, senior leader and MLA Aman Arora said the Congress and SAD-BJP combine had put the institution on the brink of bankruptcy. Arora said the PSPCL collects electricity bills from people but does not pay them to the companies. Millions of rupees were due to the private companies, offices and houses of the political leaders of these parties but no government had taken any step to collect the bills. — TNS
