Zirakpur: A 24-year-old youth died while his companion suffered injuries in an accident on the Zirakpur-Patiala road on Monday. Hisar resident Anoop Kumar (24) and his friend Raman Kumar fell on the road after an unidentified vehicle hit their bike. The injured has been admitted to the PGI. The driver of the unidentified vehicle fled from the spot after the accident. — TNS
