The police said the singer, a resident of Sector 91, SAS Nagar, talked about his name being dragged in a recent murder case, but "owing to his links" he was "untouchable" by law. "Such glorification of guns and hatred will not be tolerated. The FIR was registered on the basis of a complaint. Raids are on to nab other artistes who were part of the song," the SSP said.
DSP (Investigation) Krishan Kumar Panthe said the singer admitted to his involvement in the murder in the song. "We will interrogate him to ascertain if he had any role in the case," he said. — TNS
