Farmers' agitation leading to loss in biz

These In case anybody has to go to Delhi or Chandigarh from Narwana, he will find the road blocked after every 20 km due to the ongoing farmers' agitation. I found countless farmers sleeping on the national highway near Kalayat obstructing traffic. The police were nowhere to be seen. The colossal loss to the business if calculated, can go in hundreds of crores. The roadways depot in Narwana is losing 7 lakh per day. There is no hope when this agitation will end. The government should resolve this stalemate soon.

CCTV cameras at public places non-functional

CCTV cameras are very helpful in reducing crime rate and the footage is also used as evidence in solving cases. But, many CCTV cameras at public places are out of order. They are not maintained to keep these working regularly. Recently,, the Supreme Court had ordered installation of CCTV cameras with night vision in every police station across the country. The government is expected to execute the order and the cameras will be installed but their maintenance should also be ensured .

Defaulting officials to be penalised

It is a matter of great satisfaction that the Mayor of MCG, Madhu Azad, has asked officials and councillors of the Gurugram zone to take interest in their work and expedite the process of development. CM Manohar Lal Khattar has directed that the names of such defaulters be forwarded so that action is taken against them.
