Chandigarh: The police have arrested a resident of Sector 26 for stealing a cart on Saturday. The suspect has been identified as Budh Ram. On a complaint of Raju Kumar, a case under Section 379 and 411 of the IPC was registered at the Sector 26 police station. TNS
