Man booked for murder of 21-year-old youth

Morinda: The police have booked a resident for murder of a 21-year-old man, identified as Chandan Tiwari, whose body was found under the railway overbridge. The accused has been identified as Lala Jaal, a resident of Ward No. 1 of Morinda. The police said the victim's relatives suspected that Lala was behind the murder. They also suspected that there were illicit relations between the wife of Tiwari and Lala. tns

Body of missing youth found in canal

Abohar: The body of a youth, who went missing on Tuesday, has been found in a canal in Sriganganagar. The victim, identified as Deepak Goyal (28), was the only son of his parents. He had opened a coaching centre last year, which had to be shut due to the lockdown. He could not manage any other business and felt frustrated. OC
