Doraha, August 26
A truck cleaner and two occupants of a canter died on the spot when the vehicles collided on the National Highway-1 today. Four others were admitted to the Civil Hospitals at Payal and Doraha. A case has been registered against the canter driver, who managed to flee from the spot.
The deceased have been identified as Shakir Gulzaar (25), Kajal (18) and Bala (45). The injured have been identified as Sanjokiata, Sham Lal and Anju. Traffic on the route had to be diverted in view of the accident.
