BMW Group India president
and (CEO) Rudertej Singh (46) has kicked the bucket today because of a corona failure.
This is pitiful news for
the auto division which is engaging the crown infection scourge. This is the
second demise of a high-positioning official in the organization this month. On
April 7, BMW Group India deals executive Mihir Dayal, 40, kicked the bucket
after a fight with malignant growth. As of now, Armindo Teixeira, Chief
Financial Officer, BMW Group India, has been designated as the Interim
President (Act).
Let us state that Rudertej
Singh 'Rudy' took over from BMW Group India from August 1, 2019. Prior, Singh
was the leader of Royal Enfield. Rudratej Singh was delegated President of
Royal Enfield in January 2015. Rudy has almost 25 years of experience and has
held a few delegate positions in both the car and non-engine vehicle
businesses. Preceding joining the car business, Rudy had 16 years of
experience. Rudy joined Unilever in 1998 as Area Sales Manager for West UP
Zone, where he became Vice President of the South Asia Region in October 2012.
Before joining Unilever, Singh likewise filled in as a Senior Product Manager
at Dabur India Limited for a long time.
Rudy was with Unilever in
Singapore before moving to Royal Enfield. Singh was given the duty of growing
the organization's business in the Indian and worldwide markets at Royal
Enfield. Simultaneously, worldwide deals, offer deals, marking and promoting,
new item technique and creating new business openings were among the
obligations of Rudratej Singh.
Rudertej Singh moved on
from Delhi University and got his MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from the
Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad.
Rudratej Singh was
